All in-stock orders are shipped within 2 business days. You will be notified if an item is back ordered and the estimated ship date. We will ship via Priority Mail or UPS. It takes 2-5 business days for domestic shipping. International orders will be shipped by priority mail. We can not provide delivery informaion for International orders. International orders shipped by Express mail will not be guarranteed of delivery date. We are not responsible for any lost/stolen packages.

General Return/Exchange Policy

All returns/exchanges may only be made within 14 days of shipment. You are responsible for paying shipping and postage and must include a copy of your original invoice with shipment. However, we'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

All items must be in original new condition with no wear of any kind and all tags still attached. All boxes and packaging must also be in the same new condition.

  • All refunds/exchanges require pre-authorization.
  • Only price of item will be refunded. Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Sale, clearance sale and special order items are non-refundable
  • We are not responsible for any lost/stolen packages.
  • Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. In event of a backorder you will be notified.
