All in stock orders are shipped within 2 business days. You will be notified if an item is back ordered and the estimated ship date. We will ship via Priority Mail or UPS. International orders will be shipped by Parcel Post or by customer request.

The following are our shipping charges.  Please note that our shipping rates are based on weight brackets, therefore buying 2 or 3 items may cost you the same as buying 1 item.

Exchanges

Return items will only be accepted within the 10 days period of receipt of goods, provided they are in their original package and item is unmarked and has not been used. Customers must request authorization to return an item by contacting us. All shipping costs incurred must be paid by the customer. 

Refunds

Customer may request a full refund within 10 days of item being received. Item must be in its original packaging, unmarked and unused.
